SHIPPING/DISPATCH TIMES. Please allow up to a few days for me to process your order before it's sent your way! most products are printed on order by yours truly. I always head to the post office as soon as possible and shouldn't be more than 1-2 business days after your order was placed :)
While Sydney is currently still experiencing a high number of cases, I will be trying to limit my outings (to post orders) to once or twice a week max, to remain safe and stick to the State rules. If you place an order on a Thursday for instance, it may not be posted until the following Monday or Tuesday. I apologise if this causes slight delays. Please get in touch with any concerns. I will always do my absolute best I can for you!
COVID 19 DELAYS. Due to the current worldwide pandemic all postal systems are experiencing major delays. The Australian postal services are working around the clock, however with many restrictions in place, long delivery times are to be expected. All domestic orders will be sent via standard mail unless stated otherwise or Express shipping is selected at checkout. It is recommended that you choose Express where possible as these parcels will be prioritised by delivery services.
International services are currently very limited. Some locations are enabled, please check at checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience! However please do get in touch to discuss options and commissions, and I'll be happy to work something out.
International deliveries are especially vulnerable at this stage, therefore only Express shipping will be available for larger orders/items, to ensure a prioritised service. Upon purchase you accept the current situation and the delays that may occur. Once the order has left my hands the rest is out of my control. I am not liable for late deliveries, however I will try SEND A LITTLE LOVE- mailing service
This service is a way to keep in touch and send cards to your friends and loved ones without having to leave the house. It includes the card, a handwritten message (personal message provided by you), and postage! I will personally post the cards, safely with all necessary precautions, directly to the recipient's address, helping you "send a little love" during these crazy times.
At this stage the service is only available for Australian Addresses. Cards have been arriving relatively quickly without disruptions! You can purchase from overseas to send to an Aussie address, but unfortunately due to significant delays, a fair and reliable service for your cards to be sent elsewhere in the world is not guaranteed and therefore I had to remove the option. If you want to discuss other ways or have ideas, please do get in touch. I'm always happy to brainstorm!
DAMAGED /LOST DELIVERIES
You can add tracking at checkout if you wish to keep an eye on your order, and this will make "lost" parcels much easier to locate. I am not liable for weather damage, loss of parcels or any other damage that occurs after the items leave my hands, however I will always try my best to help where I can. Additional costs may occur to replace/resend orders. I want you to love your Zenti goodies! So get in touch and lets see what we can do.
CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES
I am not responsible for any charges that may occur when an order arrives at customs in another country. This is out of my control. I will do all I can on my end to allow your orders to arrive safely.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All Art Prints are sent on their way with love, protected in an acid free plastic sleeve (to keep them safe and dry on their journey), and posted in a rigid cardboard envelope/ or box depending on the amount items ordered.
I try to save on plastic packaging where I can, so multiple cards will be sent bundled together instead of individually sleeved. I would love to post completely plastic free orders- however I also want to ensure that your paper products arrive safely and not drenched in the event of wet weather! I'm working on it and am open to suggestions/ ideas/suppliers!

A note on timeframes and the process - Once you have placed your order/paid the deposit, I will be in touch soon after via email. (Please keep an eye on your spam/ junkmail folders. Sometimes emails end up in there by mistake and I can't control it!)
The sooner you can email me photos and details for the portrait, the sooner I can get started :)
I will ask you for images, details, and the size you have in mind.
Please be aware that I am often working on multiple projects at once, and in order to meet dealines and stay organised it helps to receive info in a timely manner. If you are in no rush- that's absolutely fine! :) But in the case that I'm waiting to hear from you, and time is passing, other projects will take priority in order for me to keep on track.
A NOTE ON HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT
I keep my impacts on the environment very low by printing Zenti products to order- or only producing small batches (greeting cards). All of my products are produced here in my home studio, or with a local printer! I recycle appropriate materials where I can, reuse any type of plastic possible and save/ reuse bubble wrap/packaging/boxes from other deliveries, or small businesses where I can too!
My Art Prints are Museum quality prints, made to last a lifetime.
